By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. No Professional Advice
Jurisavant Academy is an educational platform only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes or should be relied upon as:
Legal advice or legal representation
Financial, investment, or tax advice
Medical advice or diagnosis
Mental health services or licensed therapy
Professional counseling or fiduciary services
The Life Suite (including Money management tools, budgeting tools, investing education, Credit GPT, and WoosahAI) is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Jurisavant is not a law firm, financial advisory firm, credit repair company, medical provider, or therapy practice.
If you require professional services, please consult a properly licensed professional.
3. AI Content & Accuracy Disclaimer
The Platform uses artificial intelligence systems (including third-party AI providers such as OpenAI) to generate responses, content, simulations, summaries, recommendations, and interactive features.
While Jurisavant strives for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misinterpretations. Laws change. Exams change. Life changes.
You are solely responsible for verifying any critical information with official or authoritative sources before relying on it for academic, professional, legal, financial, or personal decisions.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Jurisavant Academy does not guarantee that you will:
Pass any exam or licensing test
Obtain certification or state licensure
Obtain employment or increased income
Achieve any particular academic, professional, or financial outcome
Results depend on many personal and external factors, including effort, prior knowledge, compliance with requirements, and market conditions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
You will use the Platform lawfully and in good faith
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
You will verify important information independently
You understand the Platform is a support tool, not a substitute for professional judgment
6. Academic Integrity & Misuse
You agree not to:
Cheat, plagiarize, or misrepresent your work
Use unauthorized materials on official examinations
Request, distribute, or sell real exam questions or protected content
Use the Platform for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes
Manipulate, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
Violations may result in immediate termination, loss of access, and permanent disqualification from any programs or benefits.
7. Optional Add-On Programs
From time to time, Jurisavant Academy may offer optional add-on programs or enhancements (such as guarantee programs, tutoring upgrades, or premium features). Any such offerings are governed by separate, program-specific terms provided at the time of enrollment.
Participation in these optional offerings is voluntary and not automatically included in general membership.
8. Technology & Third-Party Services
Jurisavant integrates with external platforms and service providers.
These providers may process limited data for functionality, analytics, security, or abuse monitoring purposes, including short-term retention (such as approximately 30 days, depending on provider policy).
Your use of the Platform also constitutes acceptance of those providers' own applicable terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Jurisavant Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, special, or punitive damages
This includes (but is not limited to) lost income, lost opportunities, lost profits, or personal distress
Any claim related to the Platform or its content shall be limited to the lesser of:
The total amount you paid to Jurisavant in the past one (1) month, or
One (1) month of your most recent membership or program fee
10. Mandatory Mediation Before Legal Action
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform must first be submitted to confidential mediation in the State of Georgia.
No lawsuit, arbitration, or formal legal action may be filed prior to a good-faith attempt at mediation.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If a dispute proceeds to court after mediation, venue shall be exclusively in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
12. Updates & Modifications
Jurisavant Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Additional Program Terms
Pass Shield™
1. Overview
The Jurisavant Academy Pass Shield™ is an optional, program-specific guarantee that may be offered for certain educational or licensing pathways. When offered, Pass Shield™ provides a FULL tuition refund or credit if all participation requirements are met and the Student does not pass their licensing or certification exam on the first attempt.
Pass Shield™ is not automatically included with all programs. It only applies when explicitly stated on the program page at the time of enrollment.
2. Continuous Enrollment Requirement
To remain eligible, the Student must remain continuously enrolled in the applicable program for a minimum of 120 consecutive days.
No lapses or interruptions are permitted, including:
Missed, failed, or reversed payments
Subscription pauses or cancellations
Account freezes or access suspensions caused by non-payment
Any interruption — for any reason not solely caused by Jurisavant — results in automatic disqualification from Pass Shield™.
3. Certificate of Completion
The Student must earn the official Jurisavant Academy Certificate of Completion for the applicable program before attempting the covered exam.
Completion requires successful participation in all required coursework, including:
Modules & lessons
Quizzes & checkpoints
Practice exams
Simulations or exercises
Jurisavant's internal records shall serve as the final authority on completion status.
4. Exam Registration Deadline
The Student must provide official proof of registration for the applicable exam within 30 days of their enrollment date.
Failure to provide such documentation within the 30-day window results in disqualification from Pass Shield™.
5. Exam Timing Requirement
The first qualifying exam attempt must occur within 60 days of the Student receiving their Certificate of Completion.
Attempts occurring after this period are not eligible for Pass Shield™ consideration.
6. Proof of Exam Result
The Student must provide verifiable proof of the official exam result within 10 days of receiving it.
Documentation must display:
Student name
Exam title and date
Official result (Pass or Fail / Score)
Failure to submit proper proof within 10 days results in ineligibility.
7. First Attempt Only
Pass Shield™ applies only to the first official exam attempt taken after program completion.
Retakes are not covered
Attempts prior to completion are not covered
Expired or voided exams are not covered
8. No Cheating or Misrepresentation
Any of the following results in immediate and permanent disqualification:
Cheating or use of unauthorized materials
Use of stolen exam content or "exam dumps"
Plagiarism or identity misrepresentation
Providing false documentation to Jurisavant
Violation of licensing board or testing provider rules
Jurisavant may request additional verification at any time. Refusal to provide it results in claim denial.
9. Refund or Credit (If Eligible)
If — and only if — all above conditions are satisfied and the Student fails their first attempt:
Jurisavant will issue a full refund of tuition paid for the covered program OR
At Student's written election, provide a course credit of equal value
Important limitations:
No reimbursement for testing fees
No reimbursement for travel, materials, books, or external services
No partial refunds under any circumstances
Refunds apply to tuition only, not add-ons or upgrades
10. No Guarantee of Success
Pass Shield™ does not guarantee that the Student will pass any exam. It serves solely as a conditional tuition protection mechanism when strict requirements are met.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Pass Shield™ Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any dispute must first be submitted to confidential mediation in Georgia. No lawsuit may be filed until mediation has been attempted in good faith.
Venue for any permitted legal action shall be Gwinnett County, Georgia.
12. Modification of Pass Shield™
Jurisavant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Pass Shield™ program at any time on a prospective basis. Students already enrolled in a Pass Shield™-eligible program remain governed by the version in effect at the time of enrollment.
Pass Shield™ is a privilege, not a loophole. Follow the rules — and we'll stand behind you.
